Rev. Joshua J. Radke is our pastor since answering the call to St. Luke's in March 2026. He was born and raised in Bristol, Connecticut. After marrying his wife, Kasandra (a native of Germany until moving to the U.S. in 2000) they lived in Bangor, Maine for nearly a decade before relocating to St. Catharines, Ontario for seminary with their two children. After seminary, he took his first Call to a mixed Lutheran/Anglican mission church in northern Maine near the Canadian border. He holds a Bachelor of Divinity degree with '2:1' honors from the University of London UK (the equivalent of the North American M.Div degree). He has published both High-History Medieval fiction and an illustrated children's book inspired by Martin Luther's lectures on Genesis 1-3, and continues to work on additional such writings. The family reside in Lyndora.
Associate Minister
Jeannine Sanford
Jeannine Sanford has been St. Luke’s Associate Minister since 2007. Jeannine has served the Lutheran church as a Commissioned Lay Minister and Associate in Ministry for 30 years. Her prior church call was serving as Employment and Training Director at a specialized ministry in Washington, D.C. In addition, Jeannine has coordinated employment, job retention and case management services for the unemployed in Armstrong, Butler and Allegheny counties. Jeannine holds a Master of Arts in Religion from the Gettysburg Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University of PA. Additional certifications include Global Career Development Facilitator and the Family Development Credential. In addition to serving the Lord and others, Jeannine enjoys spending time with friends and family.
